I have a group owned parcel of land that has 20 objects owned by others. I can just click the return objects button. but I would rather know what they are in case they are meant to be there for some reason. Is there a way to find/view them. I need a hide all objects owned by group button  |

Not an easy way!
Best is to either mouse-over each of them and see whos they are, or warn your friends, return all and see who screams.
Alternatively, 20's not huge...
Use the debug tools and check that someone's not lost a vehile underground there... I think shift-alt-5 is for making ground disappear

I can't get in world to make this answer more detailed, but there's something in the land editor or land properties window that will highlight other people's objects on your land before you return them.
