City land for sale in Miramare

So there I was at 3am, adding furnishings to one of my two coffee shops in Miramare, when I asked myself "WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING?"-- this is fun, but don't I already have an aerodome that I need to work on??" As usual, I bit off more than I could chew. I was in over my head. [insert another cliche here]

I'm selling my four plots in Miramare. Three of them are pre-built and ready for you to move in, and all support twice the normal number of prims:

I really wish I had the time to keep building. I had big plans for these lands, but not enough time. Instead, I hope these builds will help someone who wants to take part in the urban action, but would prefer a pre-built structure.

I only offer the builds as a perk. Once you buy, you can nuke 'em if you like.

Cubey, I take back my congradulatory wishes on beating me out of Lot 26. I was actually going to DO something with the plot -- an add on/extension to the CC Library. I guess people were right, those who have money and can buy parcels on a whim will ruin the GAME.

Hey Cubey, too bad to see you leave as my neighbour. You had such great plans.. too bad as well that the plot 320m2 is to big for my current tier, or I would have loved to buy it !! Can't we make a deal about this

Jarod, I think you have the wrong idea about what I did. I was actually going to DO soemthing with the plot too -- something interesting, something fun and interactive -- ask my neighbour, FuRaz. I put many hours of work into building on those plots, until it struck me just how many more hours it would take for me to finish in addition to my other projects.

Sure, you can tell me I have bad judgement or poor planning skills, but don't accuse me of trying to ruin the game. I think it should be obvious that I'm trying to contribute to the game in any way I can. But I only have so much time.

So now I'm reselling the land, and I've added value to it by putting up usable structures. I wish the best to whoever moves in next.

Cubey, I see the 320m plot with the "Terrabucks" shop on it isn't set for sale. How much are you asking for that one?

Jarod I opened Freebies, Inc. on that spot. Its a place for anyone to add any boxed freebies they have. That way perhaps the old can share with the new and the new can share with everyone. I think its a good idea.
