I had some good success finally, but I'm still not able to sell from my vendor. Well, I got the turn key vendor together, named it, put my clothes (in boxes) and textures (read PICs) into it, got everything priced, the forward and back buttons have their scripts, everything is linked, but I can't see the pictures on the "screen" of the vendor. I can see the name of the article of clothing I want to sell over the top of the unit, so I know that I did something right, but I'm missing a key element here. I've been trying to set this up for literally weeks now. The texture on the vendor is set on wood. Is this the problem? Does the "screen" need to be transparent? Can anyone help me? And, yes, I have the correct script in the main prim. I know because I can communicate with the vendor. Do I have to have the forward and backward script in the main prim as well as in the buttons? I'm going to be bald soon, as tearing out my hair seems a good option at this point

have you updated the vendor? Is the name objectnamePIC with no space and no .tga?

As with any script like that, it puts the picture on the top face of the cube, so you need to rotate the screen forward by 90 degrees and then stretch it back to the dimensions it was before.

Thank you both for your input. Yes, I updated the vendor. I didn't think to rotate the cube. Back in for another try, and I'll make sure that the textures are named correctly. Do you mean the .tga shouldn't be showing in the name I picked for the picture? It should be named, for example JeansPIC with nothing else attached? While I'm here, I'm going to ask if the rotation of the cube would also fix why it doesn't seem to be scrolling? Thanks in advance

I got it to work and the problem was I had imported my textures into the main prim, and renamed them there to match my items for sale names. I went back to textures and renamed them there and reimported them. ... voila ! It works
