I was curious about the sale prices for prefab houses and about standards and conventions involved with making prefab houses.
I was also curious if there is a market for "unique prefab houses"..... Basically an excuse for me to go to the sandbox and build unique structures that I would sell as a one time item at inflated price(as such a house would likely be complex and never seen anywhere else). If there is a market, whats the price range?
While I'm at it I might as well also ask one more question. Whats a fair to charge for weapon modeling? I tend to do realworld weapons and do them very accurately, though I'm usually extremely cheap(or so I think). I'm currently doing 2 guns for 1000 L$ simply because the guns appeal to me. I'm sure I could of gotten more though. What would be a more reasonable price for future contracts?
Thanks alot.

Prefab homes vary greatly in price. You can find prefab homes ranging in price from $0L to over $1000L. If your home was a one-of-a-kind, you could charge slighly more than one that wasn't so rare. I would just do a FIND for homes and check out what others are selling them for and what you get for that price. Market research.

Friendly advice -
If you're going to do 1-fors, it may be more profitable to take customer orders and make them to-spec.
Consider the advantage of non-unique items is that lots of people can consider buying them. Unique items can be bought only once, obviously, and need to fit someone's needs. It's a lot of work, and you may not get sellers as fast.
Plus taking commissions allows you to charge more, since you're tailoring it to a person's needs.
If you're worried about being able to get enough requests; don't. As you start making things, requests will pour in. There is a big demand for custom builders.
Good luck!
