Need investors for Runaway Rapids Waterpark

Some of you may know - me and a few others are starting up a project - to build a water park. We have divided up the labor pretty solidly, but our problem is, we DONT HAVE LAND FOR IT. It's not completely a matter of expenses... just getting the right land. I'm not going to reveal too much of the design now, but we need about 5000m2 with somewhere around 2000 prims, I would prefer to have it all over ocean, but any area is good - I know its a consuming amount, but... Anyway, lets get to the business. We are thinking about handling the payments like this - We pay one large amount, about 1/2 of the cost that the seller desires up front as a group, and the rest will be payed off from the dwell that the owner receives - this will be fairly high with linden events. We will also give you a percent of the profit we receive from the park itself (each ride will cost a very low linden amount to get on) after we have payed off the cost, if you host the land for us.
