Pathcut a cylinder and squash it or dimple a sphere to about .7, hollow it and squash it flat.
Pathcut, dimple and hollow are in the Object tab of the build menu. Make sure you've got More>> clicked so you can see the tabs. Neither's perfect, but there's no other way without making it with a sculpty. |

And of course you could fake it by squishing a hemisphere along the Z-axis so that its curvature *looks* like the curvature of a sphere with a larger radius. To the non-analytical eye, it would be hard to tell the difference between that sort of lens and a true circular segment.
