Stage 69? (Mature project.)

Ok ok ok, newbie coming through.

Joined up about five or so days ago. The idea hit me that a common gathering place like Stage 4 might be needed for the more mature events 'n such.

So I was thinking about starting one...

Only thing is, would there be a point to it? Would anyone want to use one? Now that I've had several days to think of it, people would probably prefer to use their own land to raise their dwell, right? Someone tell me I'm wrong? Right?

You might not be wrong. I am sure that there will always be mature events at the hosts land, but there may be times when a more nuetral or public location might be beneficial. Group recruitment or clothing line premiers, as examples.

You might be able to pull it off if you make a nice destination and promote it properly. Your off on the right foot by posting your idea here, good way to guage support and find others that may be interested in such a project.

Yep, I want some nice beachfront land on the corners of two M sims, that way it would support 60 people at least.
