how to make a ball dangling on the flexi rope?

yet another from my hit questions :).......just want to make a ball hanging on a flexi rope......made a long, thin flexi prim as a rope .........linked the sphere prim to it at the lower end and expecting that it will work.......lol.................


is it possible at all ......to have a "rope" flexi prim linked to a non flexi ball and to have it all naturally waving in the wind?

nope, not possible.

You can make a non-flexi rope, attach the ball to it, and then move it around.. but you can't attach anything to "flexi end" of a flexi prim.
