integrate a movie into a tv

hey,, ok, so im trying to make this tv that include movies (from my own stream) or like making a box where the movie is and you play it on the tv (like some ppl go rent or buy a single movie and play it on the tv). But i have no ide how this is done, and i cant find any tips on how to do it, so i wonder if anyone have any ides for me on how this is done.

you set the video on the land tab and media texture on the prim and in land tab
to script it use the llParcelMediaCommandList command
