I have decided to set-up an in-world store, which frankly I am finding it to be a pita. But, on the bright side, I am learning soooo much that I didn't know about various items.
I need everyone's help. I need suggestions on some type of temporary rezzer so people can view and rezz builds to look before purchase. I need to save space and prims where I can. Any suggestions on simple... and easy to use both by me and potential customers?

Several of the commercial vending networked vending systems have "holo vend" capabilities. In essence, you put copies of the products that you want to display into the vendor, and configure a number of variables, such as where in space relative to the vendor the objects rez, rate of rotation, how long they rez for, intervals between product switches, etc.
The one popular system that I have direct experience with is Hippo Tech. It's holo vending features work very well.
If you are starting out a store and you have any intentions of expanding to multiple locations, you should consider starting out with a networked vending system. In essence, they are web database applications that you upload objects and images to and create products in, setting attributes like price, description, revenue sharing, redelivery, sale notification, etc. The web app also allows you to manage the vendors as you place them in-world, and to run reports to slice and dice your sales data.
While vending systems may seem expensive and have a steep learning curve, they quickly pay for themselves in the power that they give you to run a business and once you master it, you'll wonder how anyone could get very far without one.

Popular does not always mean best
The easiest to use from what I have seen are the RezFaux and the Palen ones, with the plus that Palen has a great vendor package as well that will take care of almost any situation that you can think of.
I am talking about the packaging of the build..
Temp rezzers that do not actually count against the parcel's prim limit should be not used because they have serious limitations and potentially could be removed for causing excessive strain on the region servers when a neighbor reports them because they are lagging badly.

Yes, I do use Rez Faux for my builds.. it is very handy and easy once you do it a few times. What I am needing is something that when a person goes to the vendor and sees a building they like...they push a button it rezzes for so many seconds/minutes so they can look at it then it derezzes and stays in that state until intervention requires something to rezz again. Not looking to use one that goes over the sim prim allotment or constantly rezzes/derezzes object. I want one that shuts down so it does not create unnecessary lag. Most of my mainland sim is bare with few scripts and no traffic but me and a friend or two. The surrounding sims seem to have clubs and malls with lots of people and probably create more lag in their sims then I do in mine. I want to keep the permanent clutter and scripts to a minimum, which is why I am looking into the temp rezzer idea.

I use the palen rez vendors and they have been flawless with bunches of features and I like them because you can build your own if you like. I have units with upwards of 150 Items in it. They will work with your rezzers too I believe.
