After you find an architect, I highly recommend having them work with Kendra Bancroft. She is a texture wizard.

billy if you haven't had anyone help you out with this let me know. I'm not the best builder in the world but give me a picture like that one and I can reproduce it pretty well. Send me an IM in game and I'll get back to you ASAP
