Zbrush Sculptie Question - Subtools

How do you save your set of subtools in zbrush??

I'm finding the subtools very helpful in building objects with multiple sculpties, but I can't figure out how to save the entire subtool model. If I'm starting up zbrush, then I have to rebuild the entire model, which is time consuming. I've searched the help files and the zbrush forums and I can't find it. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but still can't figure it out.

All you really need to do is save the Tool as normal and it will save all the subtools as well. Use the Save As option under the Tool menu, not the Save option under the Documents menu. Saving the document in ZBrush actually saves the 2D canvas and not the separate 3d object info.

Thank you for your help Vlad! I'm not sure what I was doing wrong before, but it worked exactly as you said it did. Maybe I have to resave the tool as a new tool?

Glad that you got it working now. It does seem that zBrush has a mind of it's own sometimes. Once in while it just needs a kick in the tires or a reboot or some such to get it back in line. I've certainly had some mysterious problems and glitches that seem to just work themselves out for no apparent reason.
