Hey maybe this sounds like a stupid questions, but i really cant find an answer to it : in a few days i will have an island. Now i would like to divide it in different parcels , like 3x 4096sqm, 1x 8192 , etc now how do i do that, is there a tool or overlay that lets me define the measurements of an island in meters, so i can divide the land in different parcels ? Or do i have to walk down the island and measure everything, sounds like very intensive. i know there excists tools for leveling or lowering land, but is there something just for dividing land? or did i overlook something seriously thx

Enable View/Property Lines (top your screen) so you can see what you doing.
1) Right-click on the ground 2) Edit Terrain 3) Left-press on the ground and drag. You will see your mouse marking in Yellow in 16m squares. 4) Click the Subdivide button to partition into the sizes you want.
To join partitions up again
1) Leftpress and drag over the partitions you want to rejoin 2) Click the Join Button

You can only divide land in 4m increments, making the minimum parcel size 4mx4m or 16 square meters.

These are pretty much the standard square plot sizes but they can be split up in any way you want.
