Just curious as I havn't found a way to do this.

Is there any way to make a light object brighter without making it bigger?

BTW: i have local lighting enabled. Makes playing Tringo at night practicaly impossible at outdoor venues as I can't tell what piece is available.

I made a right shoulder mounted 'tringo light' that I put on when it gets too dark so I can see the lower right corner of my board but I don't like how big I had to make it in order to be able to see reasonably well.

the darker the color you make the light the less light it shines so you can't really make a light brighter without resizing it bigger but you can make it dimmer. i guess if you could make one that's too bright for what you need you could dim it down a lil bit.

you can also brighten up the whole nite with the nite time brightness slider in preferences or you can hit alt-n to "Force Sunset" and make it look like day time again if it gets too dark on you.

It also doesn't need to be equally big on all axis. You can make it 0.1 x 0.1 x 5, or something.

That said, it's easier to just force daylight.

Yah, I thought of that too...

I never had one, but a friend of mine did. Can we say "glowing, demonic clowns"?

BTW... did u realise that Tringo 1.2 actually has lights built into the cards? That is assuming the host has that feature turned on. Basically just changes all the cards and boards to the light material when the sun goes down.

so the only way to make a light brighter is by making it huge? :-/

simple answer i think is you can make a light brighter without increasing its size if you make the other lights dimmer (darker colors=dimmer lights) but two lights the same size and color will never have different brightness.
