What does everyone think about apartment complexes in Second Life? Good idea, at least for the landless? I've noticed that all the apartment complexes around SL that I've seen are full up with residents. After having moved most of my main builds down to the new southern continent, I thought I might build a new apartment building in a MATURE sim and see if anyone is interested. I'm still working on it, but the bulk of it is done. Take a quick trip out to Olive 23,23 and take a peek if you are at all interested. I've tried to make the building architecturally interesting with spectacular views of empty Lime. (If you have your render distance up high enough to see much of it, that is. ) If you are a maker of quality, low-prim furniture, I plan to be installing a furniture store on the roof for the convenience of the residents. IM me if you'd like to show there. And to the landless out there: If you'd like somewhere spiffy to hang your hat, visit Olive 23,23 and IM me!

This is a good idea.
I'm wondering if some areas may not want this type of density?

Tiger Crossing (Master Builder)...
i saw your apartment complex in Olive... nice place! sort of a retro-50s-futuristic look.
for those looking to rent an apartment, that is definitely a nice place to live... decent floor layout and nice views.

I thought of something like this once on my old account. I wasn't experience or dedicated enough to be a land lord though, but I'm glad someone else is . Anyway, what would rent be?
