The ALL NEW Parks & Rec Svc REGISTRY!!! <incl EVERY SIM!!!>

The SL Parks and Recreation Service has finally completed it's month long project! The ALL NEW REGISTRY!

Over the last month Furious Tigereye, Anaraxis Romulus, and myself have been combing the SL globe for places that fit our guidelines. If you feel that you belong on this registry and are not currently, OR if you wish to be removed, please contact Higbee Protagonist via IM or email (higbeeprotagonist@insight.rr.com) right away!

The entire registry will be fully updated every 6 months, but on The Isle of Persephone in the SIM of Kumori, you will find a regularly updated large scale map with push pins representing all places in the registry. This will be updated as soon as we are able after receiving new information. We hope you like the places we have discovered, and we hope you enjoy this new service!

We provide this service completely free of charge, so donations are appreciated =)

this is an awesome achievement. i can't imagine what it will look like 6 months from now, but i'll tell you this.. this type of work just makes me sit back and think about how real our Second Life really is.

i love seeing exhaustive work like this being done. i would appreciate it if you would contact me sometime in-world. feel free to IM me whether i'm in there or not. i'll get your message when i am and will remember what i wanted to talk about. just mention the list you've created. i'll also need to remember Furious Tigereye and Anaraxis Romulus.

We currently have 6 people hosting kiosks, so if you are interested plz IM me =) The kiosks are only 3 prims and are relatively small. It is a sign on a pole with a flame at the bottom, and a touch script inside. The notecards are for the Park Service and the COMPLETE registry. There is a kisok to the right of the giant map when coming out of the Kumori telehub in the Persephone Tree. Ok enough for now! hehe

Wow! I am impressed! I saw your registry the other day, and all I could say was WOW! Great job!

Hey folks! The registry is working like a charm thus far, but we are still looking for locations to place the kiosks!!! We currently have 11 in-world (if you count the one next to the map in Kumori). Unfortunately there are over 200 sims now, so this is only 5% of the world

PLease please please IM me in-world if you are interested. The kiosks are 3 prims signs that have notecards and touch scripts. That's it. There is anexample by the map in Kumori =) The first update was very successful, so this should be pretty simple and thoughtless to deal with

We are still looking for places to put out registry kiosks and we have completed version 2.0 of the Registry Map in Kumori. It's freakin HUGE!!! The registry has also been updated with all of the new sims. This includes the webpage link from the top of this thread =)
