I want to buy some land in olive for my group. I will be the one paying, and want the others to pay nothing. When I was going to buy the land the pop-up window came up, what exactly will i get into buying groupland? Are there different fees?

One thing you may know is any officer of your group can put the group land up for sale...So be sure you know and trust your officers...

hey thanks for the info, i saw your sig, and i really need some help building, how can i get into your group? I do Poser, Bryce, and Photoshop in RL.
