Hi,

Does anyone know how to put different textures on a cube? Like on texture on one site of the cube and on the other sides another texture?
It´s very hard to explain in english how I mean, sorry for that.

Julia,

The easiest way is to drag the texture onto the face you want to paint. Only that face will take on the texture.

There are ways to do this through scripting.. but I don't think that's what you need right now.

I will try and explain better.

If I am going to make a painting, or maybe a ticker item, like an TV for exampel, how to I put one texture on the front site of the box and then another one on the other sides of the box?

In the build options under the 'Edit' button you can select the option "Select Texture." Click on the face of the piece you want to change the texture of. If you select the texture now it will only be on that one face of the object. Repeat for any other face of the object with any other textures you want.

I haven't played in a sandbox since I was 5. ^_^ WOOTS FOR SLOOTS!

50 minutes!! Ahhh, I still have 2h45m!! *cries* Only 4 days in SL and I'm more addicted then a weed addict whos been smoking 5 years. *bounces with SL withdrawls* I'm going to build another machine soon.... I've got the ideas forming already. I need to draw it out on paper before I forget..... Guess I'll do that in the next 2h30m... *sigh*

Class change soon. Lataz ^_^
