Tonight I just release an auction tool for all SecondLife users! This tool is free to purchase! It is intended to help some of you who sell land to get a higher yeild! (More money!) This tool would have a great use for popular plots!
You may change all teh values on this machine! From Duration, minimum bid to reserve amount and bid increments!
To assure no "faking" of bids the way it works is that user #1 pays the machine the whatever he wants to bid (above minimum bid), a user #2 then comes along, likes the plot of land and bids a higher amount then user #1. The Land Auction tool then refuds the bid amount of user #1 and keeps user #2's bid! When the auction ends the owner of the land must set the land for sale for $1 (he already has the money) to the winner of the auction! *there is a disclaimer that comes with this tool to protect all parties!
