I don't know about a new group... (I already am in 10), but I'm sure I'd be happy to help out with building or simple scripting. And I'm sure my beloved would like to help too... I'll ask her when she wakes up  Sio

Yeah I've been thinking about suggesting something along these lines, but I all I can offer is scripting, building, etc.
I think the key would be not to focus on taking over an entire sim, or even building a city. That's hard... Maybe just find some single anime project that alot of people like and work on that...

WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster. But even that would suck, because who would want to listen to a whining wussy toaster? Is he gold plated? If that's the case he should just be melted down into gold ingots. Help the economy some, and stop being so damn useless you stupid bucket of bolts! R2 is 1,000 times more useful than your tin man ass, and he's shaped like a salt and pepper shaker FFS!

Well, first thing to figure out would be where this project can fit, land wise. If we have someone able to donate land somewhere I'd be happy to join in, to at least discuss it.
But if we're REALLY serious about this, I suggest contacting the rest of the Little Tokyo group. I think Lexus is back and he was on alot, when he was around. Hikaru may have some free time now too.

finding a location is the toughest part. is there anyone who would be willing to donate their land to this project? or is ther another possibility to acquire some land for group projects like this?

ok, i am a little confused.. is there an active NeoTokyo group right now? and if there is one, what are they doing these days?
and only thing we need right now is someone with some spare land... doesn't have to be big as long as the owner is interested in the project. i already found few talented and dedicated builders so we can get started as soon as we find someone who's willing to donate some land.

yes, there is an active neo tokyo group right now. What are we doing? not much.... I'm waiting for Rygar to get settled in his new place. Then maybe we can all pitch in and buy a sim.

Helo for those who dont know me and my work, please do come to Tehama province and see what I have done with the largest Neo Japan gardens in Sl now andnow an SL Sim park,
There is much landscaping around the sim in Japanese style, housing, Red Dragon Street Market and the Neo Japan store. I make and build a really wide weekly increasing range of Japanese and chinese things and tehama is the most Japanese influenced natural landscape area in one part now on almost 16,000 m of my lands. There is now a Japanese Ferry boat service under construction and further land for japanese projects and builds.
I would welcome work and chat with anyone into Japanese things and have a new street market for anyone wishing to sell anything japanese/chinese.eastern, ready and about to start. I also have a new ' capsule home' style housing project for cheap ultra low prim starter homes to rent in the Sim.
I also have helped many with eastern style gardens and textures, and house designs. I regularly go to Dore and can build japanese structures and most items and would love to assist with any projects.
I am also Japanese... and can assist with any questions
