The house has been greatly improved, rebuilt from the ground up actually, and is in a new location: Prime real estate in Aqua, right by the AV Store, on the coast facing an empty sim zone. It's big enough for large parties with many small levels and walkways, lots of roof space, well-lit by skylight, on it's own costal island. Come by and see it in Aqua 172,51. P.s. This is not a house for a newbie. Unfurnished, it costs $3,660 to rez, and with the minimul amount of land, the taxes are almost $1,300. But if you like to run events, this would be a great place to hold them!
