I've built a house and linked it all, however, when i go to put for sale, etc..it won't let me and then I end up doing the whole house over again and the same problem. Help me!!

You are using something in your construction that is no-transfer. Sometimes, if an attempt to maximize their profits, people screw up the permissions... like on textures and stuff.
You are going to have to figure out which is it, get rid of it, and the problem will go away. Good luck.

If the checkbox for offering the house for sale cannot be checked, then my guess is that you have at least one "No Transfer" texture being used somewhere in the linked prims.

I went to texture and put it on the default then went to my general tab and i still can't check for sale...ugggg

I've found that if you apply a no-transfer texture to a prim, and then change it back, it doesn't automatically make the prim no-transfer... I had to delete a few prims to fix that.
