How do I make a curved cylinder/torus

I did it once, i made a cylinder with a curve at the bottom, not a taper, not a topsize.. a CURVE, it had to do with a few settings tweaked with and i cant remember how i did it, anyone know?

Try advance cutting a hallow torus. If you (advance) cut away the outer part, you'll get the walls around the "donut hole", which form a curvy edge. I'll drop you a copy of what I'm talking about in-world if you'd like.
