We have some grouped land that we are building a resort on. We thought of providing some rented accomodation on part of the land. Although the land was bought in separate parcels over the time, I have joined the parcels into one large parcel and deeded the land to our small management group in each case. The question is, how do I limit the prims for residents of the rented accomodation. If I just split the accomodation into a separate parcel will it have it's own prim limits or will I have to create a new group and deed the land to a separate group as well. Any advice on managing rented accomodation would be much appreciated.

We initially set up our Taber property in parcels (all in the group name) so that each cottage had its own land sectioned and the amount of Objects allowed on it.

However we realized that the dwell was chopped up that way, so we joined all all Taber holding into one. Our home, the cottages and the Market Place.

While the amount of $$ dwell is really not that significant for us, I think that having the thumbs up sign on one's property is a magnet for the AVs to come visit.

I just go around periodically and check to see that people aren't using too many prims.

How do you check if an individual is using too many prims as once the land is joined it just gives an overal prim count.

You can only do it by hand right now. Many, many people have been begging for a better way to do this. The best bet being a way to list the "parcel inventory" and sort by owner.

I have two apartment high-rizes with 20 apartments each that are allowed 45 prims. I have to do a manual check every day or so to make sure people are within their limits.
