Howdy! I'm just posting this because it's easier than tracking everyone down in game. I wanted to let you all know that Yuki has decided that 1.2 is going to make her choose between her store and her land in Darkwood. I totally understand this and have no problem with her pulling out of Darkwood. But this means that I will most likely have to pull down the cave as my future prim allocation/land allocation won't support it without me paying 25 bucks a month over my basic access. As you know, Yuki at one time owned 1/16th of a sim and without her extra dollop of land, the cave just won't work. So I'm going to have to rethink how to contribue to the sim and what to work on there. I intend to continue living in DW and owning land there, but my land will be quite a bit smaller and the actual shape of the land just won't support a build built *because* of the shape of the land. Over the next few days I'll be tearing the cave down. The good news is this will lower the prim count in the sim. The bad news is, well, the cave is gone before it even started really . Oh well. I figured this would cause some major changes but I didn't figure this would cause me to lose my one dear to my heart project. But oh well. Let me know if you have any suggestions on what to do with my land there and I'll think about what to start next. Of course I'm sad, but in the end, nothing is permanent anyway, I guess. Looking forward to the new-improved Darkwood when it happens . Zana p.s. As you know, the land there has been altered. When the cave comes up, I will fix it so it's all back nice and flat.

Wait a bit before you start tearing it down Zana. We dont have to make any firm decisions what what we will have to do until January. We are being given a grace period to figure it all out. Please dont be too hasty in taking it down right now.

update again

Thanks Pirate!
And after discussing with my hubby today, he wants to buy me a lifetime next week sometime, so hopefully that will mean that I can hold Yuki's land and my own with no troubles. But we're kinda broke so it may need to go to other things, still considering what to do. Plans aren't changed at this point, I'll only start to tear down if my financial situation can't cover a lifetime.
*hugs*

Hey Zana,
Do like Loki said and wait on the tear down..also though you will have to tell your hubby to get that subscription quick as they said they have a limited no of Lifetimes..But I am glad you will be joining us in all the new changes that are happening as DW is is growing and become a one of kind place to Visit.. We need your caves and you presence..
Hang in there..

Zana when we release the final version of DarkLife we probably can supprt the DW community with cash and dwelling. My advice is to hold on to your buildings as long as possible...

Re: To Darkwood Folks & Neighors, an update

Zana, with (counting you) at least seven lifetime members in DarkWood, I think - actually I believe - that we can hold it together and even move modestly forward. Don't start tearing things down until you have to. I doubt you will. With group land options and a few other maneuvers you might find that you have more than enough land and plenty of prims. We are in a seemingly precarious position, what with our prim intense houses on small town lots but it will be ok if everyone pulls together. From: someone Originally posted by Zana Feaver Howdy!
