Ok first post, but I got a doozie!
I heard about the opening of an entire sim to those who want to build or expand a planned community. For this reason I have made a proposal for you to look at. We need at least 16 people, and frankly a LOT of money, to pull this off. Like I said in the earlier sentence, this is a proposal and in no way is it set in stone. I would like this to be an open community where ideas can be discussed and in no way be locked down. Because of this, this document is only my vision of what the new Shangri La will be, but I am more than willing to hear yours.
