Lost access to my own object

I built a couple objects not long ago. From scratch.

In my inventory, they show as full perm. Next owner, full perm as well.

My name is in the owner and creator spots.

However, as soon as I rez either one, I lose all perms on the object, it becomes no mod, no transfer, no copy. I can't do anything with it. Nothing. It's worthless.
Further inspection shows me that both UUID's are showing as all zeros.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm sure you know if there's any content with less-than-full perms. Can you do ANYTHING with it at all once you rez it? As in, unlink it and search for the rogue prim?

Have you tried going to another sim? Trying to rez it on another day? Relogging before trying? Clear cache and say three Hail Marys?

If nothing helps just hang onto it as I am seeing reports of this and perhaps it will get fixed soon.

Perhaps - try giving it to an alt to see if that makes any difference at all.

Same problem on different sims. I've relogged. I've cleared cache.

And no, I can't unlink it, because the instant I rez or wear it, I loose absolutely ALL perms on it. Everything. It's a f*cking worthless brick as soon as I rez it.

Obviously, this is annoying. I'll try giving it to an alt.

I think you should probably submit a ticket.

Yeah, sounds like I have to submit a ticket, then wait a month for them to tell me they won't help me because I'm a basic account, or for them to just blindly close it, like always...

Check the jira for the issue, and vote if there is one, or make one if there isn't.

Well this is just weird. I gave it to an alt with full perms checked off... And it's copy only when they recieve it.

I was poking around on the jira. This: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-14648 isn't the same issue but some of the comments sound like the same type of thing.

I wonder if you gave it to several alts if they'd all have different perms or if they'd wind up with the same "copy" perm as the first one.

Coupla thoughts:

Did you try changing the perms in inventory to just Modify before you rezzed it?

Did you try making a copy in inventory, and rezzing that?

Did you try changing your group? (yes, it's odd, but I've seen it mentioned as a possible cure)

is the object textured? if so, do you have rights to those textures?
try 'blanking' the object in respect to textures and scripts

I gave him a possible fix for his dilemma a couple of days ago. I don't know how he fared, but it works for me (backing up the object you are creator of with the Meerkat then importing the backup).
