Atlantis in Gualala

I've recently made my first major land purchase since joining, snapping up some ocean (lake?) in Gualala. My idea for the property (1536 m2) is to create a sunken ruin a la Atlantis, with grecco roman architecture and columns protruding from the water.

Anyway, I'm wondering if any of you can offer some advice with finding textures for the columns and things, and any tips on conserving prims would be nice too (iirc, I have about 371 to work with). This is my first major undertaking, so any tips are appreciated ;)

Thanks!

Realize that anything built beneath the global height of 7m is automatically and immediately returned to you. So it can't be too deep till the Lindens fix it. Which probably won't be for a very long while.

Right, I realize that. If you come look at it ( Gualala (224, 148) ), You'll see my plan more clearly. I want it to be sticking out of the water, for that dramatic Planet Of The Apes statue of liberty feel. ;)

Plus a largish archaeologist's camp tent on the roof wouldn't be too shabby a place to live. :D
