Hey all,

I have drastically expanded my motorcycle shop 'TRENT CYCLE' in Callisto (254,57) and the lower floor has TONS of space for retail. rental or percentage deals can be discussed.

Additionally, the upper 3000m is being built into a huge nightlub - "The GARAGE" with a manager and DJ to bring in some traffic regualrly.

The building is RIGHT BESIDE the pandora rez location and the highway so it's ideal for those selling vehicles. I have a full vendor system built and can assist those who need vendors.

Please drop by and have a look or contact me directly - space will go to those who contact me sooner than later

thanks in advance to those who are interested, and those who aren't - please come check out our products!

If you haven't seen a Trent Cycle vehicle, you have done yourself a disservice!

Stop by to look at his bikes, they are worth the trip, then think of all the exposure you'll get as people drive around, advertising the place you have your goods for sale, just by being ON a Trent Cycle Motorcycle, and they tell people who ask where they got them.

*Disclaimer: Corf is not affiliated with Trent Cycle, as much as I'd like to claim I made some of those bikes* ;)

Thanks for the kind words Corf :) Corf is not affiliated - except by land - he's a great neighbor and he builds a MEAN dinosaur - and I think he's giving away free kittens at his place these days - i almost ran some over on my daily highway cruise yesterday man!

Er, heh...oops.

200 prims worth of kittens, decided to play ball on the highway...They had the decency to set themselves phantom though I noticed.

If you're gonna get hit by a motorcycle, it should be a Trent!

Sounds great, Trent!

What kind of shops are allowed?

What are the fees?

Do you need any "employees?"

Prim allotment per store?

Thanks,
Paolo

Thanks for the reply! All good questions:

What kind of products :
--------------------------
it's a PG sim so nothing adult - apart from that - anything you think will sell well with motorcycles and a nightclub :) I have other products too, helmets, clothing, and soon some jetskis.

Basically the more diversity the better - it will foster a 'mall' atmosphere

What's the cost? :
--------------------
I'd like to base it on your sales, if you dont profit - i dont collect - so to accomplish this i am building customized vendors for you that will take (this is an undecided value- give opinons) 8% off the top of your sales price and kick it back to me?

How Many Prims? :
---------------------
It's going to be a first-come first-served scenario of course, but I am looking to do low prim, and per 'store' i would like to see around 10-15 prims, I will supply a good looking/well functioning vendor to all those who sign on, this will help keep the prim count low - load the vendor with whatever you like!

Do I need Employees?
-------------------------
YES, a DJ position is open! Be the resident DJ of a huge club! Please be affiliated with some SL station already in existence, we're not looking to re-invent the wheel on this one.
We have hired for the manager however. I was lucky enough to aquire the highly talented skills of Rebecca Fauna who is already doing a great job putting the club together and organizing for our future :)

Thanks for you reply - anyone else interested?

Hi, I would love to own a store selling various things, such as baseball bats, knives, replics guns, and clothes at your place. It sounds really good. I might not make much profit, as i am very new, but all i really need is a place to make some money! :)

i'll IM you in game and hopefully we can sort something out!!!
