Hiya!,
Are you building high up?.
I've noticed lots of jiggling prims when building at high altitude. Come back down to earth and things should be much more stable.

The other possibility is that you are standing too close to your work. I keep my MystiTool activated all the time and I use its anti-collision setting so that people don't knock me over when we collide. If you have something similar and your avatar's collision sphere hits the piece you're working on, you may bounce around a bit. Try backing off and zooming your camera more.

ty for your replies i have alway built at around 3000 metres and had no previous problems but i came down to land and it stopped, cant understand why its just started happening i dont wear much when i build that would interfere and as a rule i use different body shapes to build on, i change shapes and use a pose stand when i build my necklaces so im littlerally buidin gthem on myself. but have transfered to building on the ground for now ty for your help much appreciated Andreaus Beck

If you had no previous problems at 3000M altitude until now, count yourself lucky. The higher you go, the more prone everything is to the effects of floating point rounding errors. Ideally, you'd want to build at 0,0,0 (although, that's rarely possible/practical, of course). The further you go in any direction from the origin of the sim, the more margin there is for error in the math that makes the whole thing work. By the time you get 3000 meters high, those little errors make for a lot of variability.

I have the same problem - my prims appear to shake, textures flicker etc when zoomed in. Normal view is perfect.
It appears to get worse when selecting a prim or texture.
I am running SL on a MacBook Pro, so maybe it has something to do with it's infamous graphics issues. Whatever the case, nobody else seems to have problems looking at my builds so I just think of it as one SL's quirks.
