Ok, so this is for every Pagan, Wiccan, Fantasy, Harry Potter or Buffy the Vampire Slayer enthusiast in SL.
I want to make an SL occult shop. I'm going to buy a plot of land, but I may need some help building the actual shop. Basically, it will be a space that I create where people can sell occult/fantasy themed objects.
I'm looking for things like wands, candles, bubbling cauldrons, flying broomsticks, screaming skulls, and the like. I'd LIKE everything to have a sort of old-world feel to it, even if it's something as hokey as a ridable broomstick.
Any thoughts, questions, comments, or suggestions are very much welcome. If you're interested, let me know... especially if you're particularly good with building or scripting.

We'd love to have you in Darkwood if you haven't found a place to put your land yet... we have spots in the village, evil fort and the tree city (though I don't think those goody two shoes deserve such a wonderful shop!), or you could get your own plot of land and have your shop surrounded by forest...
If you need help building a shop, I'm sure we'd pitch in as much as you want us to. (:
We have a free market now where everyone can place their items for sale without paying a fee... if you want a partner in crime you could talk to Skippy Powers and combine efforts. (:
If you want to be by yourself, ignore this message... I just think your idea would work well in the theme (plus get more traffic from the events and activity in the Darkwood sim).

I've been thinking about darkwoods, actually. It seems like a good place for the shop. However, I do still need people who can build, or have already built, magic-themed objects to let me know, and sell them at my shop. I'm basically creating space for people to sell things in, only I'm reserving the right to reject certain creations if I don't think they mesh with the particular ambiance I'm going for.

I will say that I'm opening up larger plots in what was once the tree city. (torn down now to make the land something more useful). And currently Rathe Underthorn and I are working on flying broomsticks. He's scripting, I'm designing. (I'm on a Harry Potter kick, as you can tell if you see my current av in-world

I have some... well... I guess they're more like staves. But... yeah... I have them... I've been thinking of making more. Next time I'm in world, I'll make a point of trying to find you... If I don't forget...
