I am learning how to make things in SL. Can someone teach me how to create an item larger than 10x10x10 please? I have tried to look it up in tutorial but could not find it. Thanks!! ♥

Here are your options:

1. Wait for Linden Labs to make an exploitable mistake.
2. Use a Time Machine to go back to a time when the Lindens had made an exploitable mistake.
3. Try an alternate world that allows larger prim production.
4. Pick up a SALT hud from XStreetSL to find one that was created during the last window of opportunity.

I find the 4th option the most practical.

Angelique, a more thorough explanation is that it is no longer possible to create prims larger than 10m. These are called megaprims and were created via a "loophole" which has since been removed.

Megaprims do still exist in world in many sizes, and you can get copies of these and edit the prim's shape and texture, but they will not show your name as the creator.

The 4th option Renee mentioned above is a HUD which allows you to enter the dimensions you want and it will try to find the closest size prim that is available in world. It is free and you can find it by going to XstreetSL.com and searching for "SALT HUD".

Thank you for your advice; I will try it. I found a tutorial in youtube on the megaprim usage.
