I've seen a number of land sale postings without repercussions, but I apologize if this really doesn't belong here.
Plot is 4608 meters (the 4000-ish max tier plus the default 512) in the northeast section of Palomarian (say 225,225) and supports 1054 prims. Plot is basically all water with a sliver of land, but it is not in the middle of the lake, never been terraformed. Palomarian is a very quiet sim, none of the lag issues seen in more active sims. Palomarian is also PG (yeah yeah, seemed like a good idea at the time).
Asking price is $25,000, around $5.40 a square foot. For neighbors/hard luck stories/folks with really cool plans, there is some wiggle room of course.
