This is an idea I had for a SL Super mall, We have the normal single building mall, Then we have the cubical stores near resadental areas.
I was thinking why not combine the 2 ideas together. Like the LIndens buy the land, someone builds a layout,walls,eye candy. Wile leaving square spots of land inside the structure itself unclaimed for people to purchase and set up shops.
The reason is the single mall gets cluttered fast and most people don't want to have there items hidden behind someone elses. The cubicals are umm how I say this eye sores unn Unatractive
Doing this will create a single spot where people can shop, Not have to build there own structure and yet have apeal to atract the passing by people.
Would also permit people who wish to make cash the ability to build a house aswell.
I'm looking for people who would be intrested in something like this, and aslo looking for linden support backup on a project of this magnatude for I myself do not have near the funds to buy the land for the halls.
Also a zone dedicated to comercial buildings would be nice, We have a tax+ zone but it's not guide lined to comercial only.
