instead of letting a small property owner enjoy a very undeveloped piece of property, charge me more for it, or force me to live in an overcrowded sim with god knows how many others and malls etc. I have two small islands, totally 40Km two small structures and still have over a 1/3rd of my prim left. My lag at home is non existent, but if I travel to a small store these days I can be booted in transit because of the way you have things arranged. If someone is abusing the content of your agreement with them, then lower the boom on them, don't screw the little guy to the floor.

I wholeheartedly agree. As soon as I have 20+ people at my shop in my full sim, visitor scripts allowed (can't treat my customers like criminals), it's much laggier than in my adjacent openspace sim. The OS sim has also never crashed.
