Does LL Listen to customers?

I wonder if LL has listened to any of the sugestions here .... or if they still do read those posts...

The only change I saw is that actually new solution was provided that do not alter anything of the first proposed new of increase price and adds also the possibility to reduce by a lot ur actual prim number , less than an original void sim and at a quarter of a normal sim price....

Their response to all our posts was:,
Well we'll show those people,we told them OS were for light use (even though we doubled the prim allowance hee hee) but oh no they they went and put houses on them and actually lived on them,the prims were'nt to be used but saved like money in a bank for a rainy day (mmmm never rains in sl so i guess they were never to be used)
Well we'll show them,we will change the name of OS to homesteads,raise the price give them nothing more for the increase and reduce the prims on OS to 750 and still charge them the same price.
Now they have no choice but to use OS the way they were intended to be used,there, that should show them
We don't care if some people were being good and not abusing them, they can suffer with the rest of them
We're not in the business of caring what happens to people,,,,money is what guides us ,not peoples silly emotions and feelings,or what they created or how much money they lost
Mmmmm seems to me this is what many feel LL thinks

NO LL doesn't well its doing a good job of driving customers away imo
