A simple idea really, and one bound to minimize unnecessary and completely foreseeable RL friction between service provider and clientele...
Stop talking to, and relying upon, anonymous avatars about your problems.
You have a large and talented clientele, and frankly the most patient and supportively generous group of displeased customers I've every seen in my 49+ years of consumerism. But until you RL-hire some of your clients as independent consultants (modestly paid, and retained on an as-needed basis), you will continue to be handicapped by crippling doubts about the technical and moral veracity of even the best information we can offer.
This allows YOU to select (and prioritize) the demographic(s) from amongst your vast client pool...people you feel you need to hear from, and also groups you "hand-pick" to represent the needs and likes/dislikes of a much broader range of consumers than you could ever hope to encounter based on your current feedback information base model.
Oh, and last but FAAAAAR from least, what a great sounding board they would be. You could probably avoid the majority of the PR debacles you've had in the last year or two while you continued to pre-announce policy and platform roll-outs with little or no market testing of ideas.
If you want to really know and believe what your client pool thinks of your ideas...
If you want to ask your client pool for their constructive input, and trust it...
If you want to assess potential client community impact, without relying solely on the Concierge clientele and your entrenched Status Quo Rangers...
