If your gonna get feedback from the people.Make sure they are not all the same person using alts to post.So i would suggest doing it ingame where you can check ip's to make sure its all different people and fair.

Nice comment from an ancient alt, besides I always make sure I us a different personality with each alt, I don't even know some of my own alts

Maybe if they quit saying "This is in response to user feedback" and just said "We decided to do this" the changes would be easier to take.
