Please Read - A concrete form of protest

I've imagined how to protest without affecting our finances too much. Since abandoning your land would be (in such case) loose alot of money and do the pleasure of LL, i realized that a massive partecipation wouldn't be concrete. So i've ended up to a solution.
I'm not sure if it has been already proposed (probably yes, because it's very easy to imagine... but just in case).

What about to ELIMINATE our Classifieds for a certain time?

Currently i've cheap ones, but with a large partecipation we can really have a voice (using money) here without that this would affect our affairs so much.
Looking at list you can see big merchants investing up to 2000usd per week for their classified (i'm sure they are having a sort of incentives to do that.. but it won't count for the result), doing a rapid calculation i cas see that we (all together) may impact their finances by a good amount (probably 6 zeroes) each week.

I don't think this is "impossible" and it won't wreck any TOS or such. What do you think about?

I need people to come to my business so I can make money to pay for the new tiers and that would eat into my profit

Understandable, but a classified doesn't give you so high tp's if you're not placed in the very first spots (it's more convenient to use the proper ways to show up in the "web search", anyway what about to reduce em to the minimum (50 linden)? I'm trying to find a way that would impact less possible on us (less than abandoning our land!), but big time on them.

I cancelled my classifieds earlier today, purely because there's no point advertsing in a dying world.
