Please Jack, don't insult our intelligence. Your statement that Openspace sims were intended for " empty areas of ocean or forest" really does that. If that was your intention all along why is it you cut the price in half and doubled the prims? I would love to here the rational of doubling prims to keep it as open water? Please enlighten us all on this since it seems to the be the focus of your answer to this ridiculous price gouging.

I strongly agree, it is impossible to reconcile Jacks statement that Openspaces were always intended for light use, and LL's decision to increase their prim count to 3750.
This claim is so disingenuous it is insulting. I fear that regardless of how they eventually resolve this issue, the deceitful and underhanded way they have approached this announcement has severely undermined the relationship between LL and their customers. This wound is going to take a long, long time to heal.

It's like going to a store and buy a super modern wrist clock, see.
The clock however only works during the day, at night it stops (we don't actually NOTICE ir cause we don't use it at night), but in the morning it catches up with the time cause it has wireless.
After a month, the store sends us a letter and a bill saying that the clock doesn't work at night as intended and so, to fix this we must pay extra 50$ to "improve" it to work correctly OR return the clock.
And this is their current model of business. They get the money, and then get your stuff back! Because... ohh, maybe because there's no real competition, right?
Good for them !

Good for them ! Now that was a good analogy.
