Has anyone heard what the turn around time is when it comes to trading in your 4 OS sims for a regular sim? I'm trying to time the transition and wondering if it will be immediate or if the Lindens will be backlogged creating these new sims?

In case anyone is wondering the answer to this question, this is what I was told in response to another thread I posted:
I asked that today in concierge group chat and was told 5-7 days, LL saying 5-10. |

I was advised to give 5 days notice befor the tier is due to not incur the next month's fee. I added 2 requests 2 says ago - 1 for transfer of 2 OS to someone who needed 2 to convert to a full, and 1 to convert 4 of ours to a full. Both requests are still just sat there at new.

I put a ticket in trade in 4 OSS for a regular sim on 11/24 and here it is 12/6 and still nothing has been done. Tiers are due on the OSS on 12/9 and LL better NOT charge me tier on these sims when it's their fault this is taking so long.

I believe the answers in this thread apply equally to your situation: http://www.sluniverse.com/php/vb/business-land-economy/21144-how-long-resident-resident-estate.html

Wow, so up to 17 days. Anyone know if they will go ahead and charge me tier that's due on 12/9 for my OSS, if they're not gone by then and if so, I wonder how hard it's going to be to get them to credit my account. I don't think I should have to pay tier when I had my ticket in almost 2 weeks ago and they're going to be deleting the sims (as soon as they get around to it).
The thing that upsets me the most is there were no guidelines. Something as simple as "Please make sure your support ticket is submitted 2 weeks prior to tier being due to prevent additional tier charges," would have worked. I had to wait to see if my so-called partners were going to go in on the new regular sim with me and then we tried to time it so we would have as little down time as possible, but still allow a decent amount of time to process the ticket. Since then, my partners backed out on me and now it's going on 3 weeks with no response to my ticket. Just another day in SL paradise, eh? |

Well...it takes 14 days at the moment! so make sure you do it around 15th December if you want make sure it is done by January because of the Holiday Session...as they say 10 "business days" I even got the response that Thanksgiving was counted in it and I have to wait longer...even we dont have that in Europe. |

I understand they are doing transfers in 5 working days. They informed a colleague of mine that they were doing 200 transfers a day and that it would take 10 days but then did it in five. |
