Sorry but after I read the announcement I don't find any change , the ones that use it light , will see their prims shrinked and the price kept the same as high as 75 , meaning that u can just have sea and some fishand you can't make any "park" areas , how many trees u think to place with 750 prims ? Just linden trees I suppose.... and pay a lot for a useless sim...
about the homesteads instead they just delayed your increase of price by some months in a step , nothing else , you will be forced to hchange to 750 prims and pay the same or stay the same prims and pay double or more .... to me this sounds not like the desired solution ....

the change that I can see in it
1. 2 products not 1. The idea being that those with waterspaces can keep them without the 125 fee (although per prim they are paying MORE now)
2. The non profit discount is back.
3. Some hard limits set and clearly spelled out ( historic moment in LL history btw). More limits to come.
4. a 6 month delay in the big price increase.
TO me a compromise is something that is lived with and neither side is happy about. LL from the looks of it probably didnt want to make the concession to Non-profits, or have to create a second light product, or have to put thier coders to working on hard limits, or wait 6 months for the increase. They wanted thier price increase period done deal.
You all want whatever your personal agenda is. I am not going to list all of them there are far too many. Most common being your 3750 prims with no restrictions for 75$.
The fact that LL has put forth a compromise at all is surprising to me. That they did it clearly is downright shocking. But I gotta be honest here I don't think you will see them re-evaluate and do another one on this issue because everyone is still pissed. I think they put out the final word yesterday and its take it or leave it time.
In the end every resident has a few choices stay in SL or go pay for SL or don't

The change I see is that immediately upon logging into my email this morning, there is notice of a notecard sent to my inventory titled teir increase at "my home region".
Screw that.
