Is there anyway of buying a homestead and not having other sims? I would pay 95 a month, I would buy a homestead, but can't afford 295 for a full sim.

I'm happy to let people "use" me to get a homestead (I have a full prim island).
The things you need to be aware of though are: 1. Technically I would own it - so you either trust me, or some kind of contract needs to be made (how I don't know) 2. It would cost me an additional 3.5% to convert monthly payments from L$ to US$ to pay for it. (personally I'd prefer to hedge the amount (maybe 5%), to cover L$ exchange pricing) 3. No VAT (I'm not in the EU, so no VAT for me) 4. You can locate anywhere, it doesn't have to be next to my island, same for naming it, and of course full estate rights. 5. I would pull the island from under you if you didn't pay the tier by the due date, I'm not making money on this deal and can't afford to babysit non payers. 5. Probably a million other things I haven't thought of. _____________________
