Why no email? I pay $2000 USD per month

So why was there no email to sim owners on this? You know our email addresses, you send sim purchase receipts to them?

For what I pay, I would have expected at least some type of canned message, not finding out via the blog.

I have to agree with you.. i pay over $4000 USD in tier per month and not even a courtosy email. It is time to go me thinks.. lots of other games would just love to have that membership each month

i pay a fair amount also, i am also thinking of packing up & going elsewhere (Realm Crafter me thinks)

I totally agree with you and this is the final proof that you shouldn't make business with companies like Linden Labs.

I have NEVER seen a company that so totally ignores the customers like Lindens are doing.

I totally agree by this, why don't you send some global e-mail to people! What about the people that don't log on to SL much and won't even know, there are people that don't read the blogs etc.

Very unprofessional in my eyes, I feel bad for the people that will get the new charges and be like what in the heck happened type of thing!

I pay quite a bit to LL and yes the whole e-mail thing really upset me, not one thing in my inbox.
