Hopeful Alternate Solution

I posted this up on the Jira and if you think it's a good idea, please vote, I think it would help if it was brought to the attention of LL in a calm and intellectual manner rather than panic and rage that there seems to be so much of all over lately. I mean think of it from LL perspective, which would you rather see, someone calmly offering a different solution, or people just yelling in your face about what not to do?

It is not a perfect solution, but it would at least spare the people who aren't abusing the OS sims who could continue to keep their OS sims at the price it is now. It would introduce instead, another level of sim, what they plan to do, and keep the old, cheaper OS sims.

You have my support in this, so long as the slightly more costly "poor man's SIM" gets a fair prim increase to match the price increase.
