to take on some of some of our openspaces. We are in the UK and are therefore charged an additional 17.7% tax on the cost of purchase and tiers of land in SL (yeah crap !!) We rent 4 openspace islands back out to US residents who unfortunately are being charge this VAT. These fall under the "homestead" category. Is there a US resident will to take on these 4 - so the residents are not being penalised for rentig from someone in Europe. We recocgnise that they will need to pay the increase just by removing the VAT this will be softened a little. We'd ask that the islands remain in the same location and we can discuss that with the new "owner".

You limit your possibilities to the US alone, you think US is the only country that doesn't have VAT charges.......they don't have them where I live!
