Who thought this up? Why not fix the problems, instead of inspiring such a backlash in one of their most profitable and popular product lines?
Didn't think this one through.
Lowering the price of Openspaces and increasing the prim count was like giving a set of car keys, a handgun, and a bottle of tequilia to a teenager. You couldn't figure out what people would do.
Bad engineering analysis followed by a bad business decision followed by a worse business decision.
Fix the problem, not the blame, and take some responsibility.
I love SL, and I've defended LL for past decisions. It's unprofessional.
This just disgusts me.
