I am the "owner" of an open space sim called Montauk, located in SLNE. Montauk consists of a good deal of water and a small island with a charming, small fishing shack on it. I have used some of my prims to create an attractive underwater reef for visitors and mermaids to swim around in. My sim is open to everyone and I have no locks on the door of my home. All are welcome and boats sail thru my open water constantly.
I feel that I own this property in trust for members of SL. All are welcome, and I have received many compliments on my build.
As of now, I am paying around $90.00 a month to "own" this sim. I often wonder why I continue to pay this amount as I am only there for short periods. Your proposal of a 67% increase of tier pricing would force me to pick up all of my additions to the island and abandon it. If what you are seeking to achieve is a great deal of blank space, then by all means, go ahead with your increase. If I am using my open space sim in a way not contemplated by SL, then let me know!
What you might achieve by this increase is to drive away the most interesting and vibrant sites in SL.

Montauk is at 129,144,24. You are welcome to visit. There is absolutely no commercial activity going on there. Maybe I need to charge a visitors fee to keep up with the increases.

Hi back, the estate is called SLNE. Its headquarters is located in Nantucket. The estate manager is Gayle Cabernet. The estate owner is Sudane Erato. Everyone is very nice, and it is a beautiful build. I recommend you go and look around.
