If you tried getting more money, lots of times and there is nothing in your account, it can get stopped, as the accounts people may think some one is trying to use your account Unlawfully.
try entering in your information again, and if that does not work, put in a support ticket.. by email .. I had the same thing happen to me once. They sorted it out for me very quickly. Good luck

And also .. after you put in your information again, wait about 30/60 minutes before trying to use it.
