Most of the comments I have seen in here and on the groups have been coming from estate owners who are concerned about losing at least part of their income either through lost sims, or through having to absorb some of the price increase to keep people on the sims.
Given that, this is possibly not going to be a popular suggestion, but what if the OS restriction of having to own a full sim was removed. The new price would then not be much more than I, and I assume other people who have a full sim now are paying, and it would open up a budget solution to individuals and groups without the added mark up.
Maybe for the true OS ocean idea, there's another level of sim, a very cheap, very low or maybe even no prim, option.
